Only the person over 21 years old specified in the contract can be driving a car.

  1. Deposit.
    At the time of renting a car is taken a deposit of:
    $ 300 credit card
    $ 500 debit card
    Refunded within 3-5 weeks after the return of the car.
  2. Insurance.
    The rental price includes full insurance coverage .In case of an accident due to the fault of the renter the deductible of $ 1,000 is paid by the renter. The above mentioned Car Renter is hereby responsible for all collision damage to the vehicle regardless if someone else is at fault or the cause is not known. The Car Renter is fully responsible for the cost of any repair up to the value of the vehicle. The Car Renter’s Insurance may cover all or only part of the financial liability for the rented vehicle. Car Renter should check with their insurance company regarding their coverage and what they are and are not liable for. If there is no breach of this contract the Car Renter and any authorized driver is provided liability insurance and is limited to the minimum financial responsibility as required by state law. Liability Insurance will only be in excess over any and all additional collectible insurance. The above mentioned Car Renter hereby waives all uninsured and under insured motorists, no fault and any other optional additional coverage. If such additional coverage cannot be waived or excluded then the Car Renter agrees that such coverage will be limited to only the minimum state requirements.
  3. Return of the vehicle.

    In case of car return delay there will be a charge of a fee of $ 25 per hour. All cars are equipped with GPS Trackers, in case the vehicle is not returned on time and we cannot get in touch, we will have to track down a car and pick it up. And Additionally charge a fine of $ 500.

  4. Prohibited to:

    • Smoke
    • Transport pets
    • Drink alcoholic beverages
    • Litter
    • Transport excessive number of people than allowed
  5. Traffic rules.
    The renter is obliged to comply with traffic rules and parking regulations . In case the violation ticket is issued the renter is obliged to pay the fine.
  6. Fuel.
    When returning the vehicle must be filled with a full tank of fuel, otherwise the renter must pay $ 25 for each quarter of the tank.
  7. Key.
    In case of loss of the key the fine of $ 500 will be charged.
  8. Delivery.
    Car delivery is $40. When car is rented for 7 days or over the delivery is free.
  9. SunPass.
    SunPass – a device that allows travel on toll roads and bridges around Florida. The fare amount is automatically read from the device.
    The amount used on the toll roads will be charge from your deposit.
  10. Cancellation Policy.
    The full amount will be returned in case the cancellation request is made within 24 hours after booking. If the request is made after 24 hour period, cancellation fee in the 50% of the amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made 72 hours before the rent time there will be no refund.
  11. Everything that is located in the car during the rental period, are the renters belongings. Where it is permitted by law the Car Renter hereby authorizes us to process their credit card information in their name for all Car Rental charges, including the full vehicle value of any vehicle that is not returned to the Car Rental Company, all fines, towing, any court costs, penalties, and or administrative fees that we may incur for parking, traffic and or other violations that may be incurred by the Car Renter during the Car Rental term period as stated above and to apply any payments made to the charges in whatever order that the Car Rental Company sees as necessary. By signing below Car Renter is also signing their Car Rental credit card voucher.
